Ted has established a remarkable track record of career success in direct and database marketing. Prior to joining Sight Marketing, Ted was the founder and CEO of Process Based Marketing, Inc., where he worked at a strategic marketing level with healthcare and medical device organizations such as Medtronic, 3M Medical, Arizant, Mayo Clinic, St. Jude Medical, and Biomedicus. He was also president of a mid-sized direct marketing agency, Measured Marketing Corporation (MMC), and earlier ran Carmichael Lynch Direct, the direct marketing division of the large, award-winning and nationally renowned advertising agency.

He is member of the American Marketing Association, and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). He is a past board member of the Midwest Direct Marketing Association (MDMA) and served for 8 years on the Direct Marketing Advisory Board for the AAAAs.

Ted is a frequent speaker and lecturer for the DMA and affiliate marketing communications groups around the country. He was a member of the faculty for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System (MnSCU) and often appears as a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas.
