Rollx, a highly regarded manufacturer of wheelchair accessible vans, needed to clearly set themselves apart from its competitors. The company wanted a fresh approach that clearly communicated the mission of Rollx: helping people improve their lives.
Traditional conversion van providers focus and compete on accessibility features, functions and price. Rollx recognized that an emotional connection is formed between its product and its customers. The company considers these relationships special, personal and invaluable – vital connections that extend far beyond the scope of the products and services Rollx provides.
Crafting and Telling the Story:
Sight Marketing collaborated with Rollx to reshape its
brand, image and strategic positioning. Core to the new approach was the powerful and personal statement that was created: “Your Life – Your Ride” – now the company’s official tagline. Sight and Rollx identified and executed several key marketing and communication initiatives to help reinforce the organization’s new position, including:
- A series of print and online ads that reflected customer-centric stories, messages and images in support of new position.
- A new, animated web site and multi-media customer and product videos.
- New product brochures that incorporated the new image and brand positioning.
- The integration of the web site with the Rollx vehicle inventory system, making it easier to find new and used vehicles online.
